Eyebrow feathering is a cosmetic procedure that uses a precise blade to create the look of individual hairs to fill in sparse brows. It is ideal for creating a very full and the most natural eyebrow look.
Avoid tweezing, waxing, electrolysis, and coloring your brows for two weeks prior to the procedure. This will allow your technician the most flexibility to achieve optimal results.
Microblading post-care is very important to the appearance and longevity of your new eyebrows. Do not let any water, lotion, soap, or makeup touch your eyebrow area during the first 7 days after your procedure.
The following must be avoided during all 14 days post-microblading procedure:
MICROBLADING HEALING TIMELINE
DAY 1:
Eyebrows look amazing immediately after microblading appointment
Pigment gradually gets darker through out the day
WEEK 1:
Pigment reaches darkest level on day two
Light scabbing develops where microblading strokes occurred
WEEK 2:
Scabbing from microblading strokes begin to peel and flake off, sometimes revealing no definite, visible color in skin
WEEKS 3-4:
Pigment in skin continues to oxidize and microbladed strokes begin to reappear in color intended from the beginning, but some strokes come back looking patchy
WEEK 6-8
Eyebrows fully healed and ready to undergo the finishing effects of touch-up appointment
Beautiful eyebrow enhancement/transformation is complete after final touch-up
Creating a shadow or gradient appearance with teeny-tiny dots of pigment to create fuller brow with a more defined “make-up look”. Microshading lasts just as long as Microblading.

Scalp microblading works best on those who have thinning areas, especially on the hairline rather than areas that are completely bald. Where microblading is most effective are the temples, a hair part that has started to bald, or the entire hairline from ear-to-ear. The microbladed strokes extend the existing hairline or add an illusion of depth to thinning hair. Will be using both hand tool and machine to get the most natural looking effect. This treatment is available to both men and women.
Micropigmentation (semi-permanent makeup) procedures are affected by the “canvas” (your skin) that they are performed on. Lifestyle, medications, smoking, metabolism, facial surgery and other procedures, and age of skin all contribute to fading. The initial application is always applied conservatively because every person’s skin is different and the final color can only be precisely determined and adjusted during a follow-up appointment after the initial application has fully healed. Because of this, the micropigmentation process is not complete after the initial procedure. In all cases, a follow-up appointment is required 8 weeks after your initial application to fine tune and ensure the best result.
Though rare, infection is possible. If you see signs of infection such as persistent increased redness or swelling, fever, drainage, or oozing, contact your doctor immediately.
